Delivery Method
Supported Logistics: SF Express
- Orders will ship within 5-7 days after placement.
- Free shipping on orders over $500; orders under $500 will be shipped via SF Express (cash on delivery).
- We do not accept refunds or returns after shipment.
Shipping Instructions
Orders will be shipped approximately 5-7 business days after placement (excluding the day of order), excluding holidays.
During peak seasons or unforeseen circumstances such as holidays, order volume may be high, or delivery may be delayed.
Unless the following conditions are met, all orders will not be refunded or returned:
- Damage to the product upon opening the box, including breakage, chipping, etc., is considered product damage.
- For shipping errors caused by us, we will be responsible for the shipping costs of replacement products.
