Return Policy

We do not accept refunds or returns for any orders except in the following situations:

1) Product damage or quality issues
2) Product issues confirmed by our customer service due to force majeure.

Return Policy: Returned items must be unused and free from damage or malfunctions not caused by human error.
Please retain the original packaging (including the outer cardboard box); otherwise, returns will not be accepted.

The following situations will not be accepted for returns:
Items that have been opened and used, or items damaged due to human error, such as: stains, malfunctions, damage, wear, scratches, abrasions, or dirt.
Returned items with damaged or incomplete packaging, or missing invoices or accessories.
Malicious or bulk returns.

Return Process:
Contact customer service → Confirm return eligibility → Prepare complete product and packaging → Provide delivery time, contact information, and address → We will collect the product and resend it.

Refund Policy:
For credit card payments: After successful return confirmation, the refund will be directly credited to the original credit card account used for payment.
Bank Transfer: We will obtain the refund's bank account information from the customer and process the refund.

Exchange Policy: Exchanged items must be unused and free from damage or malfunction not caused by human error. If you have been advised to do so, please retain the original packaging (including the outer cardboard box); otherwise, exchanges will not be accepted.

Exchange Process: If you and our store agree to an exchange, please return the item to your original order and place a new order with our store. We will only send you an invoice for the difference in cost and collect or refund that amount. If there is no difference in cost, no further processing is required.
